We are seeking a dynamic and impactful leader to drive critical projects across our enterprise. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our services, products, and operational efficiency, directly contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our clients. You will lead high-visibility initiatives that launch new offerings, enhance existing systems, and optimize critical processes, leaving a tangible mark on our technological landscape and business success.

**What You'll Do:**

* Define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver strategic initiatives encompassing business, operational, and technology deliverables.

* Ensure project outcomes are of the highest caliber with clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefits.

* Direct large-scale, complex projects, often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

* Manage all aspects of the project life cycle and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion.

* Rigorously manage project scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed-upon time, cost, and quality parameters.

* Validate financial forecasts, cost assumptions, and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and project expenditures.

* Define and track project milestones, developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.

* Handle risks and issues management for project-level risks and interdependencies.

* Collaborate with agile leadership to track development milestones and support agile practices.

* Manage team relationships to ensure effective project delivery.

* Facilitate problem-solving and resolve stakeholder conflicts effectively.

* Coach and mentor team members, removing roadblocks and driving project execution.

* Executing effectively with limited information and ambiguity.

**Required Qualifications:**

* 8+ years of project management experience, managing multiple large, complex, and cross-functional projects, with an emphasis on product development, systems, and technical environments.

* 8+ years of experience with project management tools and artifacts, including MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, project budgets, change requests, and status reports.

* Demonstrated ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, and deliver challenging messages with grace.

* Proven experience with and understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.

* Proven ability to quickly build relationships and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders.

* Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects.

* BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.

* Experience with managing projects to roll out new technologies and software.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Release Train Engineer experience.

* Scaled agile methodology experience.

* Background/experience in the financial services industry.

* PMP or PMI-ACP certification.

* Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and key AI concepts.
