Facilities Operations

Job Description

This position will be either custodial or maintenance support.

* General cleaning of dorm rooms, common areas and restrooms.
* Specialized cleaning including floor restoration, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, exterior window washing, etc.
* Provide hotel service to include turning rooms by cleaning and setting them up with linens, towels, etc.
* Moving supplies, furniture, un-bunking beds, running laundry carts.
* General Labor
* Interior and exterior delivery
* Furniture and appliance delivery and set up
* Other duties assigned

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary: $15.00/hr

University Title: High School Student

Shift

7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.,
Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications

Must be enrolled at a high school and be able to work 40 hours weekly.
