JOB SUMMARY Works with Functional Team Leaders and Sr HR Leader to determine hiring requirements. Partners with hiring managers to recruit and select qualified candidates. Analyzes hiring metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improved quality of hire. Recommends process improvements to reduce time to fill metric. Align recruitment practices to employment branding. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to hiring (e.g., EEO, pay transparency). MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works with Senior Leadership and Sr HR Leader to develop comprehensive recruitment strategy internal staffing compliance with EEO/FCC requirements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner Critical thinking and analytical skills Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Demonstrated communications skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies Demonstrated knowledge of staffing and employment practices Ability to work independently Proficiency with MS Office Required Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years Recruiting/staffing experience - 5+ Bilingual Spanish Required WORKING CONDITIONS Office environment #LI-SJ2 HRC365 2026-72155 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
