What You'll Be Doing:

• Pick, pull, and pack customer orders accurately in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Retrieve products from warehouse locations using pick lists or RF scanners
• Verify items against orders to ensure accuracy before shipment
• Stage and prepare orders for shipping according to company procedures
• Maintain organization of inventory and assist with general warehouse tasks
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards

Requirements

• Experience with order picking, packing, and RF scanners required
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to read and recognize product numbers, codes, and sequences accurately
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow established procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable with a strong focus on safety and performance
