Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday some Saturdays | 2 pm-8 pm or until finish

What It Takes to Drive Forks For Us:

• Minimum 2 years of shipping/receiving, inventory, or warehouse clerk experience
• Certified and experienced sit-down forklift operator
• Experience with BOLs, freight scheduling, and dock operations
• Knowledge of LTL/TL freight and carrier coordination
• Inventory experience, including cycle counts and inventory tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and/or WMS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional communication skills when working with drivers and staff
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely to load, unload, and move freight
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including BOL verification and freight handling
• Coordinate freight scheduling and communicate with carriers and drivers
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Process inventory adjustments and track materials using WMS or Excel
• Complete clerical tasks, including data entry, documentation, and filing
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment
