The Sea, Land, Air, Analysis Group (SLAAG) provides system and software engineering, operations research, and program support for a multi-year assessment of advanced system capabilities and emerging architectures supporting Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD). SPA has an immediate need for a Data Scientist. Responsibilities The Data Scientist will provide integral support in the areas of system modeling, performance testing, and analysis for joint integrated air and missile defense (IAMD) engagements. This role will support and inform the design of experiments and execution of joint kill chains through machine learning, meta modeling, AI, and neural network analysis. Candidate must be self-motivated and ready to explore the IAMD mission set and identify where data science can provide insight to improve Joint warfighting capability. Work will include creation and modification of software models to compliment ongoing studies and explore new pathways for analysis. Qualifications Required Qualifications
