The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Summary of Job Function: Supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of employees performing routine, standardized biological and/or biochemical tests, as well as more complex procedures on blood that assist physicians in the diagnosis and clinical management of patients, Assumes responsibility for recognizing results or problems that require referral to Medical Director or Laboratory Director/Manager, Performs additional tasks as requested by the Chair of Pathology or his/her designee Job Qualification/Training/Certification/Licensure:
