Tria Federal is seeking an administrative professional with 3+ years of experience providing executive support, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and maintaining confidential records with precision and professionalism in fast-paced environments.

***This role is 100% on-site.

***This role is Contingent Upon Contract Award.

Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, maintaining official records and facilitating communication between leadership and subordinate staff.
  • Strong organization skills, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in office software, attention to detail and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably in a military or government setting.
  • Must be able to communicate accurately and clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
