Job Description Director, Accelerated BSN (ABSN) Program -Scholarship of Practice Faculty Manning College of Nursing & Health Sciences, University of Massachusetts Boston Full-time, 12-month, Non-Tenure Track Position Summary The Director of the Accelerated BSN (ABSN) Program provides strategic, academic, and operational leadership for a fastpaced, high-quality prelicensure nursing program. As a Scholarship of Practice (SOP) faculty member, the Director integrates evidence-based teaching, practice, and innovative educational technologies while maintaining active engagement in teaching, advising, and scholarship. The Director ensures program excellence, regulatory compliance, faculty coordination, and strong outcomes through collaborative, datainformed leadership.
