Job Description

The Facilitator is a key member of the Operations Team and is responsible for delivering highquality job readiness and employment preparation services to FSET participants. This role supports participant success by building essential soft and hard skills that lead to improved job readiness, employment placement, and program completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality inperson and virtual job readiness workshops aligned with FSET program requirements.

  • Prepare participants for employment by facilitating content focused on workplace readiness, career development, job search skills, and skill-building activities.

  • Support measurable program outcomes, including improved job readiness, employment preparation, and successful job placement.

  • Collaborate with program leadership to evaluate the effectiveness of job readiness and program-related workshops and recommend improvements.

  • Participate in the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of workshop curriculum and facilitation materials.

  • Coordinate workshops in partnership with internal teams, community organizations, and employment partners.

  • Facilitate offsite program orientations and outreach sessions as assigned.

  • Manage workshop registration, signin, and attendance verification processes in compliance with FSET guidelines.

  • Track workshop attendance accurately and maintain uptodate participant records within required data systems.

  • Create, maintain, and communicate monthly workshop calendars to participants, staff, and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate assigned staff trainings and professional development sessions as needed.

  • Collect participant feedback, assessments, and outcome data to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide followup support, resources, and referrals to participants to reinforce learning and encourage continued engagement in the program.

  • Maintain detailed documentation related to workshops, participant progress, attendance, and outcomes to ensure compliance with FSET reporting requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations and participant success.

Qualifications
  • Selfmotivated, adaptable team player who can work effectively in a fastpaced, participantfocused environment.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to train, instruct, and engage individuals in a group learning environment, both inperson and virtually.

  • Commitment to highquality customer service and experience using videoconferencing platforms and other instructional technology.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, education, workforce development, or a related field.

  • Preferred qualifications include bilingual skills and/or previous experience working in social services, workforce development programs, or with individuals from diverse cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds.

  • This position requires driving as an essential job function. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and maintain valid automobile insurance in accordance with organizational requirements.

The position is fully in-office during the initial 120-day training period. Following successful completion of training, the role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule consisting of three days in the office and two days remote.
