This employee would increase sales and utilize clinical expertise to identify potential internal patient candidates for additional equipment and services
JOB FUNCTIONS: * Generates leads via data-driven sales prospecting. * Generates leads via internal reports and patient consultation. * Cultivates long-term relationships with physicians and referral sources. * Meets monthly sales goals via interactions with new and existing referral sources. * Manages the consistent, ongoing presence of sales messaging throughout territory. * Facilitates educational in-services with referral sources to spotlight and grow each of the five focus product categories. * Presents clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources. * Trains other Healthcare Specialists and conducts new franchise setups. * Travels throughout territory. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Complies with all policies and standards. | |
