The Role:

Maintains and repairs all interior and exterior paint and vinyl on property, involving work of a varied nature with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Paint or maintain walls, ceilings, and trim on the interior and exterior of building.
• Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and assignments.
• Exhibits s friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers, fellow employees
• Assist painters in order to assist in completion f tasks and to learn techniques, methods, and procedures, etc.
• Maintaining interior and exterior paint.
• Other duties may be assigned.

1 - 3 years: High school diploma or general education degree(GED) 1-3 or more years cumulative experience and/or training and a working paint. One year minimum experience required in each of the following areas: Maintaining interior and exterior paint.
