About the Role: The Designer Lead, Product Design is a design leader within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) AI program, responsible for shaping and delivering AIpowered employee experiences end to end. This role defines how employees interact with AIenabled tools, platforms, and workflows-ensuring experiences are humancentered, accessible, and aligned to enterprise standards. You will partner closely with Product, Business Systems Analysis, Engineering, Data, and HR to translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trusted experiences. You will also set design direction, drive consistency, and raise the quality bar across the DEX AI rollout. What you will be doing: AI Digital Employee Experience Design Leadership
