The Project Manager IT Senior manages and oversees all aspects of technology projects to ensure they are completed on time and within the budget. This position spends the majority of their time addressing complex issues under minimal supervision. This position is responsible for reviewing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
CRM Project Manager:
This role is empowered to coordinate with business leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to drive the project forward and deliver solutions enabled by process, people, and technology. This individual will ensure that all solutions adhere to organizational standards, controls, and best practices for operational readiness. Develop and manage the project from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline (project plan), procurement of hardware and software, resourcing, and project execution.
Drive execution of the project and ensure deliverables meet expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Strongly preferred experience: Project management of large Salesforce and other CRM software implementations.

Essential Job Function

  • * Performs all routine project management practices according to PMI guidance.
  • * Serves as an advisor on key projects being led by less experienced project management professionals.
  • * Establishes project status reporting templates targeted to each set of stakeholders typically associated with a project.
  • * Collaborates and guides the building of best practices and processes for IT project management.
  • * Performs continuously learning across the IT service spectrum focusing on building a strong foundation of technical knowledge.
  • * Performs routine Program and Portfolio Management activities as needed within the IT department.
  • * Coaches and mentors other project management professionals, project stakeholders, and IT colleagues on project management best practices.
  • * Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree

Experience

  • Required: 5 years

Licensure/Certification/Listing

  • Required: Project Management Professional (PMP)
