• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience in inside sales, construction, or industrial products preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, business math, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Support sales of commercial doors, frames, hardware, and security solutions to contractors and commercial clients.
• Gather customer requirements and act as a liaison between sales, engineering, production, and purchasing teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide pricing and quotations, and manage order placement and follow-up.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and market research.
• Prepare accurate material take-offs and project estimates for commercial projects.
• Provide technical support to drafting and engineering teams as needed.
• Process orders and maintain accurate data in ERP systems and CRM tools.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure on-time project completion.
• Continuously build knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
