Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler Class II to join our team on a full-time basis. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient flow and storage of materials within our facilities. Primary Duties
  • Receive, unload, and properly store incoming materials while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipping, ensuring timely and correct deliveries to designated areas.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with care and compliance to safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse and production teams to optimize workflow and improve material handling processes.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote a safe and efficient environment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in training programs.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in material handling or warehouse operations, ideally in a Class II capacity or similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant material handling equipment with valid certifications.
  • Strong ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures consistently.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials safely.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with diverse colleagues and departments.
  • Basic computer literacy for inventory management system usage is preferred.
Education / Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Candidates should possess relevant experience in material handling or warehouse roles, with certifications in forklift operation considered essential. Ongoing training will be provided to support skill development and safety compliance.

The US base rate for this full-time position is . The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
