Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing customer inquiries while providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner. Full Time- OKC -*Onsite Required shift: Full Time position -Onsite position/ Shift Hours-- 7am to 4pm (M-F) Individuals are required to work rotating weekends which include Saturday and Sunday. $5.00/Shift differentials are available for certain hours: Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12p to 4p. Position Requirements: Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations. Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment is preferred. Preferred Skills:
Bilingual assessment required/If passed additional $2.00 per hour.
