We are currently hiring Electrical Apprentices for our Multifamily Division. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and building a career in the trades, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with installing electrical systems on multifamily construction projects Pull wire, install boxes, conduit, devices, and lighting fixtures Learn to read blueprints, layouts, and job specifications Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Safely use and handle tools, equipment, and materials Follow all company safety standards and job site procedures Participate in hands-on training and development opportunities Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned Min USD $17.00/Hr. Max USD $23.00/Hr. Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 0-2 Specific Qualifications Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Greater Cincinnati area Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Previous electrical or construction experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work overhead throughout the day Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and elevated surfaces Ability to work in active construction environments and varying weather conditions Why Join KEP?
