We're seeking a skilled Sr. People Technology Specialist to drive the implementation and optimization of advanced HR technology solutions, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to streamline our HR landscape. As a key member of the People Insights, Technology & Analytics team, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, adopting the latest AI tools and techniques, and shaping the future of how our People Team operates. You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions including the adoption and integration of new AI-powered tools across a wide array of HR programs. You'll partner with stakeholders across the People team, IT, and Engineering, working cross functionally to directly impact both the employee experience and the internal effectiveness of the People team.

What you'll do:



  • Drive AI and Technology Transformation: Implement, configure, and optimize innovative HR tech solutions and workflow automation platforms ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and usability.
  • Map and Optimize Processes: Document and analyze current HR processes, with a strong focus on Workday and Greenhouse configuration and improvement. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for leveraging automation, AI, or technical enhancements.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders to define problem statements and requirements as well as partnering with dedicated engineering resources to research, define, and deliver People team AI use cases. Work together to turn business requirements into high-impact, AI enabled solutions.
  • Influence and Lead Change: Champion change by influencing stakeholders to adopt new technology enabled ways of working, improving legacy processes, and driving organizational readiness for transformation.
  • Evaluate, Integrate, and Support: Assess new HR and AI tools for integration and ensure quality implementation.
  • Upskill and Enable: Develop and present training materials to ensure strong user adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Benchmark and Innovate: Proactively research trends in HR tech and AI, identifying new opportunities and continuously improving team practices.



What we're looking for:



  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience with AI powered tools in HR with a depth of understanding in use cases, and best practices.
  • 5+ years of HR Tech experience, with significant hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and supporting HRIS, SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven HR tools.
  • Proven ability to drive successful technology projects from concept through implementation, including process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and change management.
  • Strategic, innovative thinker who can bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives, and who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator experienced in stakeholder management, business analysis, and user training.
  • Deep curiosity for emerging tech and a continuous improvement mindset. Always scanning the HR tech and AI landscape for the next opportunity.



In-Office Requirement Statement:



  • We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration approximately two times per year and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
