Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A distinguished record of law practice in the subject matter or experience teaching the course subjects.

  • Scholarly or professional publications to the relevant field of law.

  • Participation and leadership in bar association or other professional organizations related to the subject matter.

  • A J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school.

  • Superior academic credentials.

Whileadjunctfaculty able to teach live in Carlisle or University Park are preferred, flexible work arrangements, such as remote or hybrid work opportunities, may be considered.
