Work Schedule:

100%, day shift working Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for culinary services staff by responding to questions and providing daytoday administrative support.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

  • Partner closely with leadership to assist with projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and communicate across teams to support scheduling, workflow, and timely sharing of information.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and order supplies, materials, and equipment to support departmental operations.
  • Enter, track, and manage departmental data and information to support key operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
