The Software Engineer writes and maintains code within applications and systems to implement capabilities and features, improve performance and maintainability, while reducing technical debt in alignment with product and technology roadmaps. The Software Engineer plays a role in Agile planning, providing advice and guidance, and monitoring emerging trends.
Who You Are: We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our End To End Testing Team. The Software Engineer writes and maintains code within applications and systems to implement capabilities and features, improve performance and maintainability, while reducing technical debt in alignment with product and technology roadmaps. The Software Engineer also designs, develops and maintains automated frameworks, test suites and scripts with continuous integration, testing, deployment and delivery. What type of work can you expect? Knowledge and ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. Engage with the customers, users and other stakeholders to extract and gather requirements. Utilize organizational methods, tools and techniques for requirements analysis. Confirm deliverables, challenge, conflicts and expectations associated with requirements analysis. Determines additional functional and informational requirements, prepares models and documentation. USD 88,800.00 - 133,200.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $88,800.00 - $133,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
