About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role:

As an LED Analyst, you'll design engaging and impactful learning experiences that enable Salesforce teams and customers to succeed. Analysts are trusted to own projects independently - from designing learning assets to working with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) - while applying sound instructional design practices and building strong relationships.

You'll balance creativity and pragmatism, contribute innovative solutions, and ensure every program is aligned to business needs. Analysts at this level show initiative, growing mastery of design skills, and the ability to confidently manage objections and feedback.

What You'll Do:

  • Design Learning Solutions: Create engaging, inclusive, and effective learning programs using instructional design principles and templates.

  • Apply Instructional Design Methods: Tailor solutions to learner needs, selecting the right methods for different situations.

  • Collaborate with SMEs & Stakeholders: Gather, synthesize, and validate content with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Manage Projects Independently: Keep projects on track by aligning tasks with objectives, updating tracking tools, and preventing scope drift.

  • Apply Accessibility Best Practices: Deliver content that is inclusive and meets accessibility standards.

  • Communicate with Impact: Write clear updates, deliver presentations, and adapt communication styles to different audiences.

  • Leverage Data: Analyze learner feedback and data to refine content and demonstrate value.

  • Innovate Creatively: Suggest new tools, approaches, and solutions that improve learner engagement and outcomes.

  • Handle Objections: Address challenges from SMEs, stakeholders, and peers with professionalism and confidence.

What You Bring:

  • Passion for learning design and improving learner experiences.

  • Confidence in working independently on projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.

  • Strong skills in active listening and communication, ensuring stakeholders feel heard and aligned.

  • A balance of creativity and structure, using innovative approaches while staying grounded in best practices.

  • Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset when navigating challenges or shifting priorities.

  • Curiosity to seek out new methods, tools, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate, enterprise, or academic environment.

  • Proven ability to independently design learning experiences, from scoping through delivery.

  • Solid understanding of instructional design principles and frameworks (ADDIE, Agile, SAM).

  • Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, integrating multiple perspectives into cohesive solutions.

  • Proficiency with authoring tools such as Rise, Storyline, or equivalent.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply accessibility best practices in design and development.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and stakeholder updates.

  • Experience analyzing feedback and data to improve learning effectiveness.

  • Utilization of AI-powered learning tools or prompt-based design.( Synthesia, Yoodli, and so forth)

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce products, services, or customer-facing roles.

  • Experience developing assessments, job aids, or simulations to measure learning impact.

  • Knowledge of impact mapping or root cause analysis to strengthen learning design (example: Cathy Moore's Action Mapping model)

  • Previous involvement in mentoring peers, coaching, or sharing best practices within a team.

  • Professional certifications or coursework in instructional design, learning technologies, or related fields.
