Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on the trainset's HVAC systems. Including: Fault diagnostic, repair, solder and brazing
  • Perform day-to-day running maintenance and unscheduled repair to a fleet of locomotives, coaches, and train sets via maintenance instructions from Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS),
  • Follow all maintenance instructions (wherever available) to enforce to and maintain compliance and high-quality standards,
  • Responsible for always keeping workstations and work areas clean and free of debris,
  • Develop a working relationship with the Customer as an employee and representative of client Mobility,
  • Maintain compliance with all Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) related safety rules, laws, and regulations,
  • Collaborate with the leadership as needed on all site issues, systems, and related facility operations,
  • Willing to perform all other functions as needed, including forklift operations, daily cleaning operations, and others as needed.

Pay rate: $ 24-$32 /hour

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC technician.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong background in maintenance and repair of HVAC system,
  • Technical education along with EPA 608/609
  • Certification, experience with electrical systems.
  • NATE Certification: Recognized as a standard for HVAC excellence.
  • HVAC Excellence Certification: Validates skills and knowledge in the HVAC field.
  • HVAC Quality Installation Standard Certification: Ensures quality installation practices.
  • OSHA10/30 Hour Certification: Focuses on workplace safety
