About the Role: The Analyst Sr Lead, Business Systems Analysis provides senior leadership for the enterprise AI-powered Digital Employee Experience (AI DEX). This role shapes and enables the rollout of AI-driven employee experiences that improve productivity, decision-making, and engagement at scale. Partnering with HR, Technology, Data, Security, and Product teams, this position translates business needs into AI-enabled digital solutions. The role connects workforce strategy to platform capabilities to ensure solutions are employee-centric, scalable, secure, and aligned with FIS standards and governance.
