What would you do as a Sr. Program/Product Manager

As a Senior Program/Product Manager at Tree Top, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive product development and execution. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to define project scopes, establish timelines, and ensure alignment with customer needs. You will monitor project progress, address any roadblocks, and adapt strategies as necessary to maintain high performance. Regularly conducting market research will help you identify trends and opportunities for innovation. You'll also facilitate meetings to promote teamwork and maintain clear communication among team members.

Ultimately, your role will focus on -enabling functional teams within Tree Top and driving success through effective program management.

Pay Information

Salary Range: $111,900 to $175,000 annually

Target Starting Range: $150,000 to $165,000 annually
