What would you do as a Sr. Program/Product Manager As a Senior Program/Product Manager at Tree Top, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive product development and execution. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to define project scopes, establish timelines, and ensure alignment with customer needs. You will monitor project progress, address any roadblocks, and adapt strategies as necessary to maintain high performance. Regularly conducting market research will help you identify trends and opportunities for innovation. You'll also facilitate meetings to promote teamwork and maintain clear communication among team members. Ultimately, your role will focus on -enabling functional teams within Tree Top and driving success through effective program management. What we're looking for in a Sr. Program/Product Manager To succeed as a Senior Program/Product Manager at Tree Top, you'll need a robust set of skills and experience. A working understanding of Agile methodologies and how they can be applied to program delivery is essential, as you will leverage these practices to lead and support large-scale enterprise initiatives. Strong project management skills are a must, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. Excellent communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders. You should possess critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and adapt strategies as necessary. Proficiency in project management software and tools is important for tracking progress and facilitating collaboration.
