Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation, while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify security-related concerns and/or report maintenance or operational issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and help to deter unauthorized activity while supporting established rules for deliveries, visitor traffic, and restricted areas.
• Complete routine reports, incident notes, and/or shift activity logs, and communicate important updates during shift changes to support continuity of site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
