  • Support planning cycles, governance forums, and key portfolio reviews
  • Prepare materials and ensure all documentation is organized, up-to-date, and accessible

  • Track outstanding actions and help keep teams accountable to deadlines
  • Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day portfolio coordination and reporting needs

Learn & Grow Within the PMO

  • Shadow experienced Project Managers and gain exposure to large-scale initiatives
  • Build an understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and transformation strategy
  • Gain hands-on experience with tools, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in a coordinator, analyst, operations, or administrative role (internships included)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative

What Sets You Apart

  • Interest in project management, operations, or business transformation
  • Exposure to fast-paced, high-performance environments (e.g., consulting, venture capital, private equity, startups)
  • Comfort working with data, tracking progress, and identifying gaps
