Are you a strategic UX Research expert ready to drive significant product evolution and influence strategic decision-making? We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to step into a pivotal role, where your deep understanding of user behavior and research methodologies will directly shape the future of our offerings. In this dynamic position, you won't just conduct research; you'll be a trusted advisor, a thought leader, and a catalyst for innovation, translating complex insights into actionable strategies that enhance user experiences on a massive scale. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to critical projects, guiding product strategy and ensuring that user needs are at the heart of every development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Propose and champion research-driven insights and recommendations to enhance products and services, fostering user-centric thinking among partners and collaboratively resolving strategic, product, or technological constraints.

* Guide product strategy by comprehensively analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs.

* Craft and communicate compelling research findings, insights, and recommendations, demonstrating a deep understanding of both user and business contexts, and partner with cross-functional teams to amplify research impact and visibility.

* Identify, create, and effectively leverage key insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of products, services, and the broader ecosystem.

* Utilize a broad and deep understanding of business goals, the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape to inform research-driven, user-centric thinking and decision-making.

* Contribute to defining project priorities aligned with larger organizational goals and coordinate resource allocation within projects.

* Proactively conduct research to identify user needs and business opportunities, guiding product and business goals with comprehensive user empathy.

* Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities, adapting and evolving research strategies for complex projects or programs.

* Drive and execute comprehensive analysis for complex research initiatives, including defining and implementing qualitative or quantitative frameworks, and developing strategic surveys.

* Build consensus and influence teams to adopt research-based, user-centric solutions, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders while anticipating and addressing challenges.

* Strong command of UX research methodologies.

* Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.

* Profound knowledge of human and user behavior.
