The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of the University of Southern California (USC) and Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) are actively seeking a full-time academic pediatric orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty hand surgery expertise to join the faculty in the Division of Orthopedic Surgery at CHLA and the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at KSOM of USC at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery. The successful candidate will join 14 other full-time faculty members in the Jackie and Gene Autry Orthopedic Center at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. The primary responsibility of this individual will be the orthopaedic care of children and adolescents with general orthopedic and hand and upper extremity pathology, including those with acute traumatic injuries, and the sequelae thereof. The faculty member will actively teach medical students, orthopedic residents, and pediatric orthopedic fellows, and participate in clinical research. A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered. Applicants must have completed an accredited orthopedic surgery residency program and pediatric orthopedic surgery fellowship and must be or board-certified or board eligible. A valid California medical license and a California fluoroscopy license are required prior to commencing work. The annual base salary range for this position is $470,000-$531,526.
