Position Summary The Senior Manager, Culture Activation leads the activation of CDW's values across the coworker and leader lifecycle, ensuring the CDW Way - Act as One, Play to Win, Think Forward - is embedded into everyday experiences, talent practices, and key moments that matter. This role partners across the organization to shape a cohesive culture narrative and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that is experienced internally and reflected externally. Success is measured through CDW's listening strategy and demonstrated through engagement, alignment to values, and consistency of coworker experience. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Talent, this role requires strategic leadership, creative innovation, and strong influence to ensure culture is operationalized and sustained. Key Responsibilities
