The Opportunity Embark on an exciting opportunity as an Instructional Designer I with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide Campus. In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality, adult learning-focused online courses that support both academic and non-credit programs. You will collaborate closely with faculty, media specialists, instructional design team members, and cross-functional partners to design, develop, and maintain engaging online learning experiences. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in course production, innovation, and continuous improvement within a dynamic Academic Innovation team. The role is ideal for a collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, and is passionate about enhancing teaching and learning through effective instructional design practices. Compensation The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24.40. Compensation for this position does not include any fringe benefits such as health and wellness benefits.
