What you'll own as the Financial Analyst II - IP Business Partnering & Platforms OpEx/Product Finance:

We're hiring a Financial Analyst II to anchor business partnering for Integrated Payments (IP) while supporting OpEx and Product/GTM Finance across the broader Platforms organization. This is a highvisibility role for a handson, curious finance professional who builds strong relationships, brings clarity through data, and improves how work gets done. The ideal candidate has payments industry experience, partners comfortably with leaders at all levels, and advocates for Sales and Relationship Management (RM) success while upholding disciplined financial judgment.

IP Business Partnering (Primary Scope)

Serve as the core finance partner to the Integrated Payments (IP) business, helping Sales and RM leaders understand performance, drive revenue growth, and strengthen partner and merchant outcomes. You will own the financial rhythm of the IP business: translating pipeline and partner trends into forwardlooking insights, highlighting risks and opportunities, and shaping recommendations that influence strategy and execution. Your ability to build trusted relationships, advocate for the field, and convert complex data into clear narratives will make you a key contributor to IP's goals & sales quota, performance tracking, and the annual plan and LRP process.

Platforms OpEx & Process Excellence (CrossOrg)

Help support plan, forecast, and manage OpEx; explain variances with clear drivers and actions.

Document SOPs, create runbooks, and maintain version control for recurring finance routines.

Streamline and standardize reporting and workflows; identify automation opportunities and reduce manual steps.

Train teammates for coverage to ensure reliability across close, forecast, and cadence deliverables.

Support the Marketing budget: plan cycles, track spend vs. plan, monitor phasing, and enable ROIoriented reforecasts.

Product & GTM Finance for Platforms (VAS)

Partner with Product and GTM as new valueadded services (VAS) are scoped and launched.

Build productlevel economics, run scenarios and sensitivities, and support business cases, forecast, R&O and plan process (AOP and LRP)

Implement postlaunch performance tracking and translate results into recommendations

Reporting, Forecast, & Insight Enablement

Maintain a crisp forecast narrative tied to the drivers that matter (volumes, rates/pricing, partner performance, conversion).

Create executiveready materials that connect metrics to decisions.

Proactively surface tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities.

Stakeholdering & Communication

Partner deeply with Sales, RMs, Product, Marketing, Billing, Pricing, Accounting, and Consolidation.

Communicate clearly with senior leaders and frontline teams; influence outcomes.

Champion a collaborative, improvementminded culture: curious, accountable, and solutionsoriented.

What you'll bring

  • Payments industry experience (required); familiarity with transaction economics, partner/merchant dynamics, and KPIdriven businesses.

  • 2-4 years in FP&A, commercial finance, revenue/SaaS analytics, or related analytical roles.

  • Advanced Excel (modeling, scenarios, sensitivities, errorproofing) and strong attention to detail.

  • Experience with planning/ERP tools (e.g., Oracle, Adaptive, Anaplan) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).

  • Proven ability to document processes, build SOPs, and drive simplification/automation.

  • Comfortable training others and enabling coverage for critical cadences.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and seniority.

  • A builder's mindset: curious, proactive, and motivated to create clarity and improve processes.

It's a bonus if you have

  • SQL or experience partnering with data/revenue operations teams.

  • Sales compensation exposure (quotas, attainment, incentive mechanics).

  • Product Finance experience

  • AOP/LRP or multiyear planning support.
