As a Material Technician, you'll help safely manage, process, and prepare waste and other materials-both within our facility and at customer locations. You'll work alongside experienced environmental professionals, learn proper waste-handling practices, operate equipment, and help customers keep their waste management programs running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on, active role with the opportunity to build specialized skills and grow your knowledge of the environmental services industry.

What Your Day Could Look Like

Depending on the day's needs, you may:

Receive, weigh, scan, move, organize, and prepare containers for processing within the warehouse.
• Move materials manually and operate equipment such as forklifts and skid-steers.
• Support waste management programs at customer locations, including waste collection, bulking, and waste-area inspections.
• Work alongside Field Chemists to properly sort and segregate chemicals by hazard class.
• Follow customer procedures and company protocols for safely storing, handling, and processing materials.
• Perform basic spill cleanup, housekeeping, and work-area maintenance.
• Communicate with customers and help provide a professional, dependable service experience.
• Keep the Project Manager informed of customer needs, issues, or changing conditions.
• Pitch in where needed to help the team safely and successfully complete the day's work.

- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)

You don't need to come in knowing everything about environmental services. We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, comfortable with hands-on work, and willing to learn.

• 1+ years of related experience (preferred)
