What to Expect We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Associate to join our Energy Products Team at Tesla, focusing on Virtual Power Plant (VPP) programs.Tesla has rapidly expanded our VPP footprint in North America, reaching more than 250,000 batteries in aggregation acrossmore than20states, territories, and countries. This role involves managing and improvingback-end workflows that keep the business of providing grid servicesrunning. Collaboration with internal teams such as business development, finance, data science & analytics, engineering, and support will be essential to drive initiatives and scale the business.
