Job Description

Marketing Enablement Manager

As a Marketing Enablement Manager, you will sit at the intersection of product marketing, data, and process. You will partner closely with Product Marketing Managers to ensure the broader marketing and go-to-market teams are equipped with the right content, tools, insights, and playbooks to effectively position and market our products. You will own the development, maintenance, and optimization of enablement resources while using data and feedback loops to continuously improve adoption, effectiveness, and performance. This is part of a closeknit fourperson product marketing team, working collaboratively to support our product marketing initiatives.

Your Impact
  • Create, maintain, and optimize marketing enablement resources including playbooks, documentation, templates, and product messaging
  • Own the internal marketing content repository, ensuring materials are current, well-organized, and easy to find
  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers to understand enablement needs and translate them into scalable resources
  • Organize marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams through training sessions on product launches, feature updates, and new messaging
  • Analyze performance and track content usage, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities
  • Translate data insights into clear recommendations and action plans to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Partner with internal communications to promote new content and enablement resources across appropriate channels
  • Apply an agile, user-centered mindset by gathering feedback and continuously iterating on enablement material
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing enablement, product marketing, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of enablement best practices, content strategy, and knowledge management
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing technology and performance data
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Hotjar, or similar analytics and CRM platforms
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting product marketing teams or working with product documentation preferred
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a team-based environment
