The Operational Excellence IE Director leads the company's global Industrial Engineering activities, collaborating with local IE leaders to drive manufacturing excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness through the implementation of best known methods and systems. This role is responsible for identifying bottlenecks in every Fab and driving OEE improvements to enhance productivity, cycle time, and on-time delivery to customers. Additionally, the Director focuses on establishing standardized analytical models across the organization specifically for planning, KPI tracking, and WIP management.

• You can manage the corporate IE directors' forum
• You can manage and lead cross function global projects, from planning through implementation, for OEE improvement, budget control and savings, improved WIP management, improved ergonomic and better operator efficiency, CAPEX management, etc
• You can set global procedures for better operational management and monitor the compliance
• You can lead corporate capacity management programs
• You can drive manufacturing excellence through benchmark study
