We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to step into a pivotal role that ensures seamless merchandising execution across numerous locations. In this position, you will be at the forefront of translating strategic merchandising visions into actionable, store-ready communications, directly influencing how products are presented to customers and driving operational efficiency. Your precision and coordination will be essential in empowering store teams to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, making a tangible impact on daily operations and customer satisfaction.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position


**What You'll Do:**

* Review, proofread, and quality-check all merchandising communication materials before distribution, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all store-facing directives.

* Coordinate and release merchandising updates, new item notices, and discontinued item communications.

* Interpret content and translate it into clear, actionable store instructions.

* Collaborate with Merchandising, Store Operations, and Marketing teams to validate content and timelines.

* Maintain strong version control and ensure stores receive the correct communication packets.

* Utilize Adobe tools to review, annotate, and support updates to communication materials.

* Manage multiple overlapping deadlines and prioritize workflow effectively.

* Use Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and communication tasks.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of experience in coordination, marketing operations, merchandising support, or similar roles.

* Adobe experience required (Acrobat; Illustrator or InDesign is a plus).

* Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

* Ability to quickly learn processes and work efficiently with a short ramp-up period.

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with merchandising display concepts or design experience.

* Background in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

* Experience supporting large store networks or field communication teams.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $25.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
