Organizational Consultant (Strategy & Transformation) F_TEP-Campus Employees Temporary Employment 88559BR Job Summary Employment Duration: 3 months (w/ potential for extension) Hourly Pay Range: 43.44 - 92.67 The Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (EST) team is seeking a Consultant to support high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across UCSF. In this role, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and improve organizational strategies, processes, and systems. You'll contribute to initiatives ranging from strategic planning and process improvement to digital transformation and organizational change. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with consulting or university experience who enjoys solving complex problems and driving meaningful change in a mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Support strategic initiatives and transformation projects across departments Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration sessions Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions Develop project plans, presentations, and executive-ready deliverables Coordinate project activities, timelines, and stakeholder communications Partner with leaders to implement solutions aligned with organizational goals Contribute to process improvement, change management, and system implementation efforts The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
