We are seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Director, Business Development to join our Engineering Business Engagement team. This senior leadership role will own and drive customer engagement for Supermicro rack-level total solutions, serving as the primary technical and commercial bridge between our engineering capabilities, sales teams, product management, and high-value AI infrastructure & datacenter customers. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, articulate the unmatched value of Supermicro's full rack-level portfolio (servers, storage, networking, liquid cooling, power & management software), and accelerate revenue growth by converting technical requirements into differentiated, high-margin rack-scale solutions. This is a high-visibility role requiring deep domain expertise in rack-level server architectures and an established network within the AI and hyperscale datacenter ecosystem.
