Overview A large, wellestablished manufacturing organization is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support a growing project and increased business volume. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience with a major global brand and potentially grow with the company longterm. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound customer calls to expand business and strengthen relationships. * Follow up on customer orders to ensure receipt, satisfaction, and accuracy. * Support collections efforts by contacting customers regarding open balances. * Investigate, follow up on, and resolve customer issues. * Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely processing of all orders. Required Qualifications * 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, order entry, account management, or a similar role. * Strong Excel skills (required). * Strong customer service abilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in automation, purchasing, or collections. Disqualification Criteria * Cannot work onsite. * Cannot commit to the full contract duration. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
