DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an iGaming Compliance Representative, you will review, analyze, and evaluate information from the gaming industry received via electronic reporting systems or other means of communication detailing interactive gaming. Your responsibilities will include determining potential regulatory violations, trends, and the extent to which goals and objectives are being met, as well as working collaboratively with casino operators, interactive gaming certificate holders, interactive gaming licensees, and other PGCB employees. Work involves assisting in the review of interactive gaming internal controls and monitoring interactive gaming websites through use of test accounts and back office access in order to ensure compliance with PGCB regulations. This includes ensuring required information concerning responsible gaming is displayed and providing recommendations for revisions in guidance communicated to other entities within PGCB and the gaming industry.

You will also review incident reports from operators and manufacturers, review and track technical incident reports submitted by licensees, and receive, evaluate, and respond to patron complaints. This includes preparing compliance incident reports and preparing other reports, correspondence, or recommendations related to incidents, irregularities, and patron complaints for review to ensure appropriate actions are taken to ensure the integrity of interactive gaming. Our team will also rely on you to help review and evaluate the terms and conditions of promotions received from gaming entities related to interactive gaming to ensure promotions do not adversely impact the public or the integrity of gaming.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework). In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree; or
  • Four years of security or surveillance experience, of a technical level; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
