What You'll Do at Justrite:

Enterprise Platforms and Integrations

  • Provide enterprise-level leadership for business process and technology architecture, establishing standards across ERP and related enterprise platforms.

  • Define target-state process models (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, record-to-report) and ensure supporting systems are aligned.

  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to optimize end-to-end enterprise processes, governing how ERP and adjacent platforms are configured, integrated, and standardized across the portfolio.

  • Partner with business leaders to redesign and standardize enterprise workflows, embedding automation and controls that enable scalable growth.

  • Establish governance standards for enterprise system vendors and integration frameworks to ensure architectural consistency and long-term scalability.

Process Optimization and Delivery Excellence

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean and/or similar frameworks to streamline business processes for product manufacturing companies.

  • Govern large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring business process redesign precedes system configuration or enhancement.

  • Evaluate emerging automation, integration, and data capabilities to enhance enterprise process performance and visibility, without presupposing platform replacement.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead a team of enterprise business analysts to define standards, process and drive system changes.

  • Build strong partnerships with executive stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales.

  • Represent IT as a trusted business partner and change agent focused on enabling growth and efficiency.

  • Model strategic thinking, accountability, and the ability to execute with precision and urgency.

    • Expertise in data analytics, middleware, and API-led integration frameworks.

    • Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Six Sigma.

    • Exposure to cloud ERP systems and modern AI/ML platforms.
    • Excellent communication, executive presence, and change leadership skills.
