About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Advisory Contractor to support design engineers in the Reactor Component Engineering department, reporting to the Reactor Vessel Internals Manager as individual contributor.

Working remotely,the Adivosry Consultant will provide direct support to our engineers providing detailed knowledge on different design aspects. You will help bring engineers up to speed more quickly, provide open office hours for questions and consultation, and help to promote a culture of learning and.teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate retrospectives, lessons learned, and continuous improvement feedback
• Support knowledge transfer and hold weekly office hours to assist design engineers on more complex projects
• Engineering support where needed, such as review, verification or mark-ups

Qualifications:

• Expertise with asset-heavy industries like utilities, manufacturing, and infrastructure
• 10+ years of experience in reactor vessel internal design
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in project tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $100/hour to $150/hour.
