POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT Moss' HR Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the new hire experience and supporting broader HR operations. This position is responsible for driving seamless onboarding, managing day-to-day HR data processes, and contributing to employee lifecycle initiatives such as recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and offboarding. Must bring strong clerical and coordination skills, experience with HR systems (such as Workday), intermediate Excel skills (including spreadsheets and pivot tables), and a proactive mindset toward supporting HR administrative functions. This role requires both administrative precision and interpersonal engagement. From the moment a new hire accepts their offer to their integration into Moss culture, the HR Coordinator ensures a thoughtful, compliant, and high-quality experience.
