Pay Range: $107,000 - $152,000

Job Summary:The Senior Manager, Finance for Corporate FP&A is to provide financial leadership and proactive business partnership in support of the Tempur Sealy parent entity and consolidated financial statements. This individual is responsible for the development, preparation, and coordination of the financial reporting and analysis required by the TSI executive leadership team. The position will work closely with and support as necessary the CAO, CIO, CFO and CEO.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to the heads of HR, IT and Legal and their leadership teams. Develops, organizes, and prepares the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts for those departments.
  • Leads the development, refinement, roll-up, tracking, and analysis of global financial metrics. Including but not limited to; revenue, expenses, margin analysis, GP bridges, cash management, inventory, workforce management and others as developed.
  • Partner with SGI corporate FP&A team to summarize monthly and quarterly financial results in support of QBR's and financial outlooks for external reporting.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis supporting the CFO in evaluating financial performance across reporting segments.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of large financial models; experience with OneStream and PowerBI a plus.
  • Supports in intercompany alignment across TSI subsidiaries.
  • Provide financial reporting on intercompany royalties and external licensing royalties
  • Supports special projects related to the company's strategic growth and ESG initiatives.
  • Ownership to drive corporate support functions cost initiatives to achieve global cost objectives.
  • Recommends and develops policies, procedures and systems to meet company objectives.
  • Recommends and leads new efforts to improve ROE / ROI performance.
  • Builds, develops and manages finance team capable of carrying out needed initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Finance.
  • Professional certification is not required but encouraged (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, etc.)
