Description & Requirements Forvis Mazars is seeking a Director with deep banking payments advisory experience to help grow and lead our Financial Services practice. This role is for an individual who has advised banks, payment networks, and fintech companies on payments strategy, digital assets transformation (stablecoins / tokenized deposits), and operating model modernization.
The Director will serve as a client-facing payments strategist, leading complex advisory engagements across retail and commercial banking payments, while also driving market-facing initiatives, business development, and team leadership.

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
