What does a Senior IT Product Owner do at Swire Coca - Cola?
As a Senior Product Owner in our IT organization, you will own the product roadmap and delivery for one or more product lines, serving as a key partner to business units and technology teams. You will define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure timely and effective product launches. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, cross-functional leadership, and a focus on driving business value through agile practices and continuous improvement. It is ideal for a product leader with a proven track record in delivering customer-focused solutions and advancing organizational technology.


Key Responsibilities



  • Define product roadmap and align features with business and technology goals, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define problems, and shape product enhancements that support business objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of product lines, overseeing planning, launch, assessment, and iteration to maximize business impact and user satisfaction.
  • Lead product initiative execution and delivery, applying product management principles to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure milestones are met.
  • Implement agile methodologies, manage sprints, drive continuous improvement through iterative development, and facilitate agile ceremonies to enhance team performance.
  • Drive product enhancements and launches by leveraging available technology and market trends.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain and update product documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and support for users and enablement initiatives.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as backlog health, sprint readiness, team velocity, work in progress (WIP), sprint goal success rate, carry over rate, defect density, business value delivery, user adoption rate, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.


Qualifications



  • 2 years of product owner experience, with a proven track record of delivering product-based solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, Technical Design, or a related field preferred.
