Job Description
-Diagnoses and resolves processing related problems on molding cells. Provides continuous floor support by working with support departments- maintenance, tool room, automation, engineering. -Communicates with prior and oncoming shift personnel regarding daily issues encountered. Supports and maintains all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO/BRC Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures. Proficient in Scientific Injection Molding principles. Experience with problem solving methodologies. Troubleshooting and processing experience. Experience using basic injection molding measurement instruments (Weigh Scale, Calipers, Pyrometer, etc.). Basic computer skills. Experience operating a sit down forklift. Experience using an overhead crane for mold installation. Experience training technical employees. Manufacturing environment. Some exposure to office environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand/walk 80% of the time. Compensation Range: Base rate of $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
