Overview Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with dining service and concierge-style guest support. This role ensures a welcoming environment, responds to guest requests, provides information about hotel services and local attractions, and supports smooth restaurant and guest service operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver friendly, professional service while greeting and assisting guests throughout their dining and hotel experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and deliver orders promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain clean and organize dining areas by clearing and resetting tables while keeping service stations stocked with necessary supplies. Provide concierge-style assistance by answering questions and helping guests arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, tours, and local activities. Offer directions and information regarding hotel facilities, services, and scheduled events. Assist guests with receiving mail, packages, and messages when needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and nearby attractions to better assist guests. Process guest checks accurately and comply with all company policies and applicable state and federal regulations, including alcohol service requirements. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. One year experience in a public contact position. Hotel experience preferred. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and associates. Requires clear and professional English communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, team members, guests, etc. Compensation Salary Range: $21.00 - $22.00 Hourly Tipped/Service Charge Eligible?
